It was an unusually busy week. I did not eat as nutritious as the week before and did no exercise. Exercise does make a difference. I had to concentrate on doing things to find work this past week. I can't believe a whole week has gone by! The best part is that I still lost weight and that is the result of the week I did watch my intake of carbohydrates and exercised 30 minutes a day. I don't feel guilty about not exercising at all because my priority is to find work and I had to focus on writing a paper for a fellowship position that is available. Losing weight doesn't pay the bills but it will save on medical bills. I have learned to do what I can and to keep moving. I'm less stressed knowing there is a job in the horizon.
