Show was excellent last night. Got some exercise in as well ... a very brisk walk from Walls Hill car park to Babbacombe Theatre and back .. managed to keep up speed with Katie & Chloe! !
272.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
