Finally busted through that stall! Whew, that was rough!!! This is not my first time around the block, however, this is the first time that I have my stuff together for good, my head is fastened on tight and there is no looking back. I am used to exercising as I lose, however this time around I chose not to, as the Ketogenic WOE does not require it. In the past, I had the idea that I couldn't lose weight unless I worked out like a crazy person, which is simply not true (just like the idea that the American diet is the best for everyone)...I am proof of that! I've lost 43lbs in 5mo. without it. I am starting to slowly incorporate cross-training back in, as I am seeing the "jiggly!" Just every other day for 30 min and little-by-little I will start seeing those curves get a bit more defined...looking forward to getting stronger again! Keto on!
272.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 97.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, ma'am! Moving the body is good for so many things, but not necessarily for weight loss. Staying true to yourself and your WOE is the key. Plateaus are a bi**h, but our bodies have an innate intelligence. Hang tough, and Keto on! As an aside, I'm losing in places I've never lost before, and I'm getting 'girl-shaped' like I've never been in my life. w00t!
