Honestly's Journal, 02 January 2012

Dang! Sure I earned that extra pound plus but still, don't want to have to admit it. Really is no surprise but a dissappointment all the same. I did drink too many calories. Little portion control. Ate too often. Funny thing that with all this weight I could tell I had gained. Grateful it's "only" 1.3lbs. Good thing I've joined the gym. I've got some work to do! Better next week. Think I will shoot for 4lbs next weigh in. It is possible. Forward motion!
285.3 lb Lost so far: 54.7 lb.    Still to go: 60.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
