I have been yo-yo-ing for the past 4 years since I started working again. I have started and quit Weight Watchers twice. I had good results when I tracked on Fat Secret back in 2006. At that time I followed the South Beach diet but for this time around I will just count my calories & incorporate exercise. I need to get my health back!!
