I hope everyone can see this... I need some FatSecret buddies please :) For support, so I don't quit when I hit that plateau.
Weighed in at Doctor's to a nice little surprise.... although my actual weigh ins will be at home on the Wii on Wednesday mornings :) GOOOO ME!
Talked about how I plateau at 220, and then I just give up. I really don't want to have the surgery to lose weight...not that I am down any one who does, I have very good friends who have had it done, and one getting ready to, I just don't want to cut my body up because I can't control the food that goes into my body.
