Made it through the holidays without weight gain. Back on the treadmill this AM and refocused. Going to the grocery for good food and cleaning out all the Christmas candy today!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
