Well day 2 and I am down 2 pounds. Pretty sure it was the combination of chinese food and drinking on New Years Eve that had me "up" in weight - but it is a loss and I'll take it! :-)

Since I was off work yesterday and today - it is easy to follow. But I am going to establish some rules when I am at work!

1) - no buying my breakfast (tim hortons, fast food or cafeteria)
2) - no buying drinks (iced tea, lemonade, pop)
3) - no vending machine snacks - if you didn't pack it...don't buy it!
4) - no buying lunch (fast food or cafeteria)
5) - no buying dinner on the way home from work (eat what you have at home!!)

This will save calories AND money!!!

So with that...I am heading to the kitchen to make some items for the work week ahead.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
