Some days I feel sluggish- difficulty walking up stairs and being out of breath. I have incorporated some weight training into my workout regimen. My right knee is giving me some issues. I do not want my body to be burden with extra weight. I am looking forward to February of next year to begin my diet regimen. Now I am looking forward to having some cheesecake and icecream cake by the end of the year-next month will be my birthday.
