today is my first day of a repeated weight loss plan...can I do it ? I have been trying for almost 20 years and have lost and gained. mostly gained. I'm 56 and am losing the battle terrible. 3 - 4 years I will be having 2 knee replacements. my hope is to avoid that day.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
