losing 3.3 lb a week

For the first week of my efforts (WE 18-09-2016) I counted calories, reduced carbs but did not cut out completely and I tried to be active for a minimum of 45 minutes a day (cardio) with limited weights/resistance training. I lost 600g. This week I have gone onto a banting diet with intermittent fasting (its only day two and its been tough!) I still try to keep with my 45 minute activity minimum. I am now down 1 kg after a day of being on the new diet - its probably all water, but its still more motivational than last week :)
