Ok. It's a new year. I've been on a plateau long enough.
(My tablet keeps changing the spelling on some words. It makes doing this from the tablet hard.)
198.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
