And here we are.... Beginning of a new year and new resolutions... well not really. All year I have been steady at 204-208. I have been running weekly (2-3 times a week and doing KB). I did finishe 2 1/2 marathons and thinking of a third as well.

I have been on vacation for 2 weeks, went to Disney world and a 4 day cruise. So eating and exercise has been very poor recently and it shows with my weight. However my Fat % is right at 20% so that is good. Still need that lower however.

Tomorrow i'm back in Kettle Bell class and on my routine. Need to keep my calorie intake down and lay off the beer and wings... lol

Today I will go to the store and load up on Salad fixings for the week.
