I tried calorie counting for the first week and I did pretty good but, I still didn't do as good as I wanted to. So now I'm doing Slimfast which has worked for me really well so far. the first week when I calorie counted I lost 4 lbs. and last week I lost 3 lbs. which is 7 lbs. in total lost. but over the weekend I went off the diet and gained my 3 lbs. back and I lost one of those lbs. this week, but its Thursday right now and I weighed myself yesterday so well see if I lose any more weight.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
