Trying to eat clean and not drink wine at night. Oh, the calories saved by not drinking wine, hurrah. And all I have to do is not buy it, so it is not on hand at home. Food, on the other hand, is something I can't live without. Trying to follow the motto:

Eat food.
Not too much.
Mostly plants.

I have been working out at my gym 4 days a week, and just walking outside the other 3 days. I should ratch up the workouts a notch, I realize that, but I am just so bored exercising, and it's time consuming going to my gym. Every day that I go to the gym, I seem to get behind on other errands, such as buying groceries, returning the books to library, etc. So I am working through that challenge, trying to think of how LUCKY I am to be to afford a gym membership, and to be healthy enough to move my body.

I saw a poster somewhere called "100 Good Reasons to Exercise." It was inspiring in the moment, but I've forgotten most of the reasons. Maybe I'll find it online and print it out. On the other hand, a "Hang in There, Baby" posted might be more appropriate. Ha!

Although I rarely comment on other people's posts at FatSecret, I find them helpful. In fact, they might be my greatest source of inspiration. So many of us struggle with weight, health, self image, motivation, and confidence. We're not alone in this world!
