I'm not going to get overly excited about my 3 lb drop. I swear I fluctuate 3-2 lbs everyday....now if I weight myself again next week and I've lost another 3 lbs THEN I'll celebrate.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
