weighed in this morning at 98. Both my home and gym scales registered same. Glad to be down to presick weight. My wife and I ate out at maccas which blew the eating plan up. But overall am earing much less and more healthier.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
