Today is the beginning of my significant change in my eating habits.
Goal is to consume 1500 calories per day. Lose 25 pounds and then maintain .
Let the fun begin.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
