Starting again from scratch, really annoyed with myself as i'm just getting heavier. I'm hoping that keeping an eye on what I am eating will get me to where I need to be. I have had no alcohol since 7th August, and starting yesterday I will be having no more chocolate until I have lost 3 stone (42lbs) I'm 50 next year and I want to look good and feel good.
