I got as highas 253.6 during the holidays. I have start a new diet and work out program. I have already lost 3 pounds. I have start the 90 days work out and plan to start my martial arts and marathon training in the new month.
250.6 lb Lost so far: 135.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
