I am so elated with this mornings weigh in. I drank more water. I stopped eating past a certain time. I cut down on the carb in take (especially in the morning) and I stuck to fruits and veggies instead of sweets and cookies (stupid holidays!). This is my outcome. Six pounds down in the first week. The first week is always the easiest to lose weight but still.. I'm just excited to see the numbers decreasing again. I signed into my old fitday account and my starting weight was 157.5 with a goal of 137. My goal is the same but instead of having 20 pounds to lose I have 43lbs to lose. That's okay. It is what it is.

Today's plan is pretty much the same. I haven't been writing down and noting everything I eat however I regularly take out my calculator to throw some numbers around. Find out what I've eaten for the day and how many calories I have left. I hate to go over 1200 but if it doesn't happen every day, it's alright. Hell, there are times when I wasn't watching what I was eating when I'm sure it went well over 2500. Disgusting and unacceptable to me now.

I've got a few loads of laundry to get down and I want to get my apartment nice and clean. Drew and I are going to my parents house for New Years Eve. I am very excited about this. It's been a few years since I spent it with them so I'm really looking forward to it. Drew and I are probably going to the stores tonight to grab some good grocery deals. We shall see.

Anywho, time to get my day started.
