Good gosh. how??
Time to get back on track. 5kgs, 6 weeks 💪
127.2 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

please share your plan? im finding the older i get and each time i start over its so much harder than the last time, and what worked then isnt working again. its so scary how quick it comes back!!

Hi Tanya My plan is simple - lots of coffee, two alcohol beverages a week (I love a social drink), plenty fruit, vegetables salads, a source of protein - doesn't have to be dry chicken breast, I always add a little basting to my chicken or steak, and always Nola slim mayo to my salads. Pick n Pay online shopping - no temptations to buy the wrong food. And definitely 20 minutes of cardio 3 - 4 times a week. Snacks - I love biltong, rice cakes with peanut butter, popcorn... Little bits of this will not add to the scale, as long as you avoid the chocolate, the sweet, and the sugar. Anyway, this is my plan, It's worked for me before, with a positive mind, you can accomplish anything! I dont follow diets, I listen to my body. Yes I do find its harder to lose as I get older, but if you stick to a general healthy eating plan, you can't go wrong. Don't think of it as diet, think of it as a healthy lifestyle, and just live it, every day. Good luck :) Keep me informed :)
