Even tho I've been working my butt off with exercise I had potato chips Saturday, and Chinese food Sunday with leftovers on Monday. I won't be doing that again. It's a wonder I didn't gain any weight, tbh. But to work out for an hour a day and staying within NC/cal ranges and not lose any weight is frustrating and not worth it. One cheat day per week. Not 3. I've learned my lesson the hard way. But also because I've been working out with weights and eating more protein I may be gaining muscle mass. I can start to see muscle definition in my arms and abs/obliques, so that may be the case. I will have to take my measurements in about 2 weeks to see if they have changed. Because maybe I am losing inches instead of pounds. I would rather be strong and lean than super skinny and weak, so this is ok with me. I just hope I can lose a bit more weight. Just not 3 cheat days this week. That's what did me in. Lesson learned.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
