Got up early...5am. Wanted to get started on the laundry, including that from my trip. I had just coffee for breakfast, then ate a Kashi bar at mid morning. Went out for lunch with a friend for taco salad, then ate beef/veggie soup for supper. I'm trying to keep the calories very low and I'm feeling well. I may have a tiny snack later this evening.

I have gotten behind on my food entries these last 2 weeks. I have not been writing them down to even make the entries, but I have weighed every day and I 'think' I have lost 2 pounds since my last entry. I plan to get caught-up here. I have been doing the treadmill almost every-other day and keeping my calories counted. I have also been active in other ways. Helped my granddaughter move into a new apartment and helping Hubs in the garden.

Logging everything really helps me. If I slip up, I can see what impact it has on my progress.
