it has been a very long time. by the time I started this job, I was at 400 pounds, depressed, health problems like blood pressure, edema, arthritis pain that made it hard to move. that was April 29th 2015. today I weigh 260, bp is normal, I have occasional arthritis pain but move easily, my health is better, and my depression is not controlling me. i still have a long way to go, but i will get there.
