Threw my back out stretching - dang!!! Is that ridiculous or what?! Any how, my work as a professional artist and product designer puts me in a computer chair too much so I'm working on stretches for my lower back. I can feel the improvement over the past day or two. Hoping to get back to the ability to work out more.

This loss is pretty much with the forced hiatus from heavy yard work. Looking forward to picking up my pitchfork and wheelbarrow soon ;-)

201.1 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
