I'm bummed that I gained weight but thrilled that it was 3 lbs or less, considering it was OVER CHRISTMAS! We went home to my hometown this holiday and ended up eating mom's homemade (read: unhealthy) foods, cookies, party junk food and, of course, drinking - both full-calorie soda and alcohol, neither of which are usually in the diet. Plus, because it was the long holiday weekend, I couldn't go to the gym in that town that I try to go to each visit, because they were closed... so little extra activity to counteract the bad diet. Yeah, I'm thrilled that I only gained what I did! I was expecting a full-backslide of 10 lbs or so!

Now, of course, I'm home. Back on the diet, and back to the gym. This weekend - New Years Weekend - will also be a bit rough on the diet (and there will be alcohol again) but here at home, it's okay because I've got my gym AND my own beverages and diet other than the actual party. Hopefully, I can maintain at 183 for a bit longer...
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
