I am doing horrible at this. I can't seem to be able to pass up the sweets, especially at work. I think work is my main downfall. Between the soda I drink just to stay awake and all the junk I keep eating, I am gaining weight. I have been working out more, but in the past three or four days I have passed up the gym on my way home from work rather than going in and getting in the workouts that I not only need but want.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't get discouraged. It doesn't mean you're a bad person or a failure - it just means you have to re-think your strategy. Try setting smaller goals each day - with stuff you know you can do - and then gradually increase your goals. I know one thing that helps me is having a work out buddy - we motivate each other to work out and we never miss a day. Does anyone at your work work out a lot or want to start working out?
