I was down to this weight Dec 23 but let myself eat whatever I wanted for Christmas eve and day, which mostly meant some homemade cookies. I also had regular stuffing on Christmas day, but overall I still ate far less carbs than I would have in a normal year, pre-Atkins. On Dec 26 I was up to 201 but I'm sure some of that was water weight from the carbs. Now I'm back to where I was before Christmas and I've stayed on track since Dec 26. I really feel so much better eating this way it's not hard to stay on it. I had terrible headaches and felt bloated on Christmas Day.
