So, Got a locker at the school Gym, worked out three days in a row. Doing cardio for 45 min, followed by alternating weightlifting (arms sat,mon,thus and legs sun,tues,fri) and doing abs everyday. I'm hitting it hard and man am I sore... Still working on eating right and counting my calories... I'm on my way to good health, Hoorah.
