Having a quiet day off. Had to swap for Monday. Went up and cleaned a rock face to see if anchor placement would be safe for climbing.

Weight starting to drop. Suffering for lack of carbs.

190.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
