I havent written in my journal for awhile. Not at all since starting WW a month ago. I was doing Fat Smash before but it just wasnt something that I could or would want to stick with for a lifetime. I really needed something that was not going to be a temporary fix but something I'd be willing to stick with forever. Weight Watchers has been great! The fact that I can eat anything I want as long as its in moderation and I make other adjustments where necessary really works for me. As soon as I start feeling deprived is usually when I quit and gain it back and I havent felt like that yet. So anyways, I'm really excited to see the changes in my body and definitely feel encouraged to keep going. I will see my goal before next summer and will feel great in shorts again (and in a bathing suit)!
