5 Pounds! Love it! Tough week with Christmas and all. Toughest day was when shopping in the mall. The smell of food was getting me very agitated and put me in a foul mood for a while. Christmas Eve was a cheat day which wasn't planned but I got right back on it the next day, no problem. Night time is the worst because I get bored if watching tv, but have really done great overall.
