This morning - Oh my gosh, I'm so glad I got back on FC, I've tried for so long to get below 190, I finally made it! I've appreciated the daily journals that have helped me to focus.

This evening - oh my gosh it's hard to eat healthy with a tight work schedule and a long work day. I'm tired.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
