Weight stayed the same. Disappointed but happy to not have gained. I know this is just part of the process, but it's still frustrating. I may take a nice long walk and see if I can improve my mood.

Update: walked 2 miles at the nearby nature park and feel much better. Need to get out there more.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
