I have started a running program. I will on be day 5 tomorrow. I always hated running but I actually enjoy it now. I'll have to see if that is still true after the program becomes more running than walking...lol. I do feel much better and have more energy. My mood is much better too. I also started eating better and drinking a ton of water.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
