5:17 pm...I've tracked everything I've eaten and all my daily exercise. Overall, a good day. I managed to eat well and get some running with the dog in, as well as a 10-minute ab routine.

Bunco with the ladies at 7:30, but I'm determined to take it easy on the cocktails (and snacks) tonight. I'll probably still go over my calorie allotment for the day, but tomorrow we'll just get right back on the horse. I've adopted the motto: dedication, determination, commitment, consistency; I will chip away at the iceberg, and if I fall down along the way, I'll dust off and keep chipping.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
