Lisa,
All of us feel like we did poorly over the Holidays. Too much food, too many distractions, too nasty of weather. We all have lots of reasons why we didn't "stick" to our diet, but we all need to remember that we are not dieting, we are embracing a different lifestyle. We are putting our health and wellbeing in the front of our consciousness. That does not mean that we deny ourselves the pleasures of good food and good company. It just means that most of the time we "eat to live" not the other way around. Also remember, it took us a long time to get in the shape we are in, we are not going to be fit and healthy in a few weeks or even months. This is a life project. Boy, I am sure on my soapbox this morning. I just don't want you beating yourself up and getting discouraged. We know that you are a wonderful person with alot of strengh and will. What you weigh or don't weigh has nothing to do with those facts. So smile and have a great day.
Love,
Aunt Sheri
