So, no loss this week but at least I have stopped the rise :-) I see exercise as a waste of time - too busy, at least that's the excuse I use as my get out of jail card. I am a bit of a movie, youtube junkie, so, at the moment I have set my computer up so I can watch a movie while I am exercising. Might as well combine something I love with something I dont really enjoy. Over the past few weeks I have been putting together a list of the foods I typically eat and worked out the calories (some come on the packets) and put a list on the cupboard doors. I know it's not dead accurate (some of the persons on here will be horrified) but it gives me an indication of where I am at each day. The worst news I have discovered is that the BLUEGRASS whisky and cola I get from Aldi (which is pretty good actually) has approx 250cals per can. Damn!! Means I have to cut out half a meal - the vegies perhaps??
251.3 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bwahahaaaaa. Yeh. Cutting out the veges is sure to fix it 😉 On a more serious note, that's a fantastic idearigging up the telly so u can watch while you exercise. Also, good work on stopping the gains 😃😃

Well, so far so good this week. I set myself a goal of eating under 2000cals per day - and a maximum of 14000 for the week to allows for some unders and overs. I know my cal list of foods is not dead accurate, but it wont be that far off either. So, day 5 and I have managed to stay under 2000cals per day although I came dangerously close to going over on one occasion - it was one of those new pineapple tim tams that nearly put me over. After this one, I had 50cals left for the day and a tim tam is 97 cals. I did think about licking the chocolate off second tim tam but it would have put me at risk of going over. A bit like drinking - a little bit can put you over the limit - don't drink and drive. A bit like don't lick and walk?? Is that even funny?
