Today I'm switching teams. Why? I've been reading up on the keto/primal diet and it seems easier for me to follow than the slow-carb. The slow-carb diet is nice and works well, however, the food restrictions make it difficult for me to follow on my schedule. I have much easier access to the cheese, eggs, and fats that are part of the keto and primal diets, so I'd rather travel that path. My regards to Mr. Tim Ferris and the whole 4-Hour Body formula for all the progress I've made so far with my weight-loss and lifestyle consciousness.
