New workout routine going well.... Except I'm sore all over for most of the week and I'm having to reign in my enthusiasm a bit.... Need to avoid injury! Finally back to tracking all my food.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 71.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
