I stopped keeping track of everything i eat as on days when i noticed i was only eating 1000kcals or thereabouts i was eating more in the knowledge of how little i had ate, if i wasn't keeping track i can get away with eating less
215.8 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

I caught myself subconsciously checking what i had eaten halfway through the day or even worse towards the end of the day and then allowing myself something (usually something naughty) feeling like i had the allowance for it regardless whether i was actually hungry or not, basically ruining a day of good eating. Still a long way to go thanks for the feedback folks
