Avoided temptations like going to Golden Coral and ordering a whole pizza . Instead settling for a yogurt and two honey nut Cheerios and two skim milk.
332.6 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 107.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
