Feeling great today.
I am not drinking my water...try again today.
Not eating compulsively since recording my every morsel.
Today will be hard, because I am having a friend over for dinner.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
