O.K. so today I ate with sue and had a glass of champagne . Why I did it I don't know, its like NO your not gonna tell me no??????? Anyway with the help of recording my food on this site, it is an amazing tool of reality check! I also have learned to cut my cheese tiny tiny tiny tiny and put it in a cup and slowly eat a piece....funny how great it tastes, not just swallowing it like there would never be another piece.
But feel like tomorrow I need to be more in control.
