Got into a rut of late and have gone back to a high of 193 lbs for my 5'9" large frame. Last year I got down to 169 lbs which felt great. I think a good weight for my frame is around 170lb which is now my new goal once again. I really hate this yo-yo cycle, but it is just part of the process until I can deal with the emotional issues that lead to my binges of excess sweets. I have even been doing a lot of exercise and daily walks of 10,000-40,000 steps, but my caloric intake mostly due to my sweet consumptive has been the major culprit.

I need to kick start the weight loss this week and have decided on doing a 3-5 day fast and the regular IF to follow. Hopefully with walking 10-20,000 steps/day I can start seeing some result; however, I fully realize that the only way to weight lose and maintenance of it is through proper eating and caloric intake (good calories). I really need to address my sweet addiction and emotional binging and will start talking to a therapist about it on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.

Well, back to a new beginning...
192.9 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
