So day 2 of zone-esque diet is cutting carbs back to borderline and the fats are just about bang on. It will take me a while to sort out how to get better low gi carbs and where I can reduce my fats. I actually supplemented fat to slow insulin release from the carbs I was using. I'll get it. I'll be watching the calipers closer than the scale.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
