I did the Red Smoothie Detox by Liz Swan. I have diabetes so I was using stevia. You have to not use any sweenters that aren't natural. So no more Coke 0. I been drinking Peri. Also no high frutose in anything. All organic berries and lettuce. Lean meat. Turkey, chicken,fish and lean beef. You can have lean pork but I'm Kosher so that's not an option for me. I use flax seeds,chia,and nuts. I'm allergic to milk but I was drinking soy and I switched to Almond milk. I went gluten free and that drop my sugar to 6.4. So I'm shooting for 5.9. Not diabetic. I use GF flour, Coconut, Almond,Rice and tapioca flour. I have to bake a lot. Keeps everybody from buying outside snacks. There so much but. I feel good. Emotionly and mentally and physically.
