Again I'm a bit surprised at this. The scale says I'm losing weight, but in the mirror it looks like I'm gaining. Not complaining, just ponderous.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our perceptions on our bodies can be really off. I read it can take up to a year or more after we lose all the weight to start seeing ourselves in a thinner capacity. I am sure you look great.
