Progress slow but at least my weight is dropping!
259.3 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow or fast......a drop is a drop. :)) I prefer slow myself. Then I know for sure it is fat.
